Use of PBM Ventilation Blocks
To support passive cooling and airflow, PBM’s VentBlocks were installed throughout the development in areas such as multi-storey carparks, service shafts, and stairwells. These blocks help regulate airflow and minimize moisture accumulation, particularly critical in Penang’s humid seaside climate.
For this project, all VentBlocks were painted to complement the façade color scheme, allowing them to blend seamlessly with the building’s overall architectural tone while maintaining their ventilation performance.
