Railing System
PBM Railing System is a precast concrete railing range supplied as a kit of vertical posts and horizontal cap rails for the construction of balcony, balustrade, fence, and parapet enclosures. Two profile families are available: the Double II series, with a twin rectangular post profile in three heights (400, 600, 800 mm) capped by U-Panel cap rails; and the Balusters series, with eight turned classical profiles ranging from 300 to 750 mm.
The system suits residential, commercial, and landscape projects across Malaysia where a precast concrete railing is preferred over metalwork or in-situ casting. Posts and caps install as discrete elements onto a continuous coping or kerb, giving designers control over post spacing, infill arrangement, and overall railing height.

FAQ —
What is the difference between Double II and Balusters?
Double II is a twin rectangular post with a flat U-Panel cap, suited to modern linear architecture. Balusters are turned classical post profiles, suited to traditional and decorative architecture. Both are precast concrete and install onto a continuous coping.
Are the railings supplied painted or finished?
No. Posts and caps are supplied in natural cement grey. Painting, rendering, or any decorative finish is applied on site.
What height of railing can be built?
Choose post height to match the required railing height. DII 400 suits low fence and rooftop parapet applications; DII 600 suits standard balcony balustrades; DII 800 suits stair and elevated platform balustrades. Balusters in the 600 to 750 mm range cover the same height applications as the DII series.
