The EcoHill Welcome Centre serves as the primary gateway to the EcoHill township in Semenyih. Designed to reflect Eco World’s commitment to modern, eco-conscious architecture, the centre integrates landscape, light, and form to create a strong first impression for future homeowners and visitors.
The design features clean lines, natural materials, and subtle detailing that evoke a sense of warmth and sustainability—all while balancing performance with visual impact.

Use of PBM Ventilation Blocks
PBM’s VB 608.150 was chosen for its large-format slot design, creating a sleek, rhythmic screen wall that aligns with the gallery’s modern tropical aesthetic. To meet specific design goals, PBM also supplied a custom-made variant of VB 608.150 with its openings closed off, maintaining the same visual profile while limiting transparency and airflow.
These blocks were applied along the feature walls and façade screens, offering:
•Visual texture through repeated module alignment
•Flexibility in alternating between open and closed surfaces
•A consistent architectural language throughout the building envelope
