Utamara Boutique Residence is a thoughtfully designed low-density development that harmonizes modern living with lush greenery. The inward-facing garden serves as the central visual anchor of the property, promoting a serene and private atmosphere for its residents.

Use of PBM Split Face Blocks
To complement the natural setting and reinforce the textured language of the architecture, PBM’s Split Face Block SFB140-190 was selected for the central garden feature wall. Installed vertically, the block’s rough split-face finish introduces a raw, tactile quality while the in-and-out wave pattern creates a rhythmic visual impact that shifts with light and shadow throughout the day.
