Use of PBM Ventilation Blocks
PBM’s VB 603.100 VentBlocks were used on the façade of The Treez to support its passive design goals. These blocks were installed in areas such as:
•Multi-storey carpark façades
•Mechanical and service zones
•Ventilated screening walls
To align with the building’s architectural palette, the blocks were painted in custom colors—adding vibrancy and contrast to the concrete textures while maintaining high airflow performance. The VB 603.100 model’s geometric design provided both functional ventilation and visual rhythm, allowing natural airflow while creating a distinctive architectural statement.
