Located in the heart of Damansara Avenue, Ativo Suites is an award-winning serviced apartment developed by TA Global Berhad. The project is designed to emphasize ventilation, energy efficiency, and minimalist elegance — aligning with modern architectural trends.

Use of PBM Ventilation Blocks
Two uniquely angled ventilation blocks were specially selected for the project:
•VB 70.195A – featuring an upward slanted internal cavity
•VB 70.195B – featuring a downward slanted internal cavity
These blocks were installed primarily at every floor’s bomba stairwell area, offering natural airflow while maintaining safety, privacy, and consistent façade rhythm.
The opposing slants in VB 70.195A and B allow architects to alternate orientation during installation — resulting in a visually dynamic yet practical wall system.
