Use of PBM Ventilation Blocks
PBM’s VB 1912.100 and VB 1915.100 were used extensively throughout the development in both public and private zones. The blocks were specified for their durability, consistent form, and ability to facilitate airflow in semi-enclosed spaces.

•Car park façade – Providing cross-ventilation and filtered light
•Public toilet areas – Supporting hygiene and air exchange
•Rooftop garden screening – Ensuring visual privacy while allowing breeze
•Each unit’s utility area – Offering air passage and concealed service zones
